Your craftsmen have done a wonderful job with our new recessed lighting and ceiling fans, and the great lighting update you have done in our kitchen and garage has made us very happy! We were impressed by the quality of the electrical installations and we are glad we relied on your judgment for the placement of the new switches for the lighting and living room fan-they look as if they were part of the original construction.
Most impressive is the cleanliness of all the installations; the electrician vacuumed as he was cutting the access holes for the new lights and we had no clean-up after the work was completed.
Thank you also for the repair to our disposal unit. All of your pricing has been very competitive and we will recommend you to anyone contemplating renovations or repairs. Having someone on-site for The Village at Mayfaire condo owners is a great plan that really works; everything was done at the time promised and completed ahead of projections.

providing David Novotny and Coastline Resident Services. Its a wonderful
convenience to have someone like David onsite, who knows our property, our
community and us! I appreciate Davids professionalism, including his attention
to detail, quick follow-up, quality of services, competitive pricing and his
excellent customer service. Here are a few instances that you might want to
know about in which David has helped us:
1. One of my friends was staying in our condo one weekend when the knob on our
dryer broke. She found David at the clubhouse and he offered to see if he could
fix it. He was able to temporarily fix it until a new panel could be ordered,
and he didnt charge her a thing to do it. She was relieved that she could call
me and tell me what happened and that it was already fixed and what the options
were for repairing. She kept going on and on about how nice David was and how
nice it was that we had someone like him in our clubhouse.
2. I drove to our condo one Sunday evening and arrived about 9pm. I had a set
of extra keys with me or so I thought. Long story short, I was locked out of my
condo. Who was going to help me at 9pm on a Sunday night and on Fathers Day! I
called David and he was as pleasant as he could be. Said he lived just five
minutes from Mayfaire and hed be right over. Again, it was the way he helped
me that was so impressive. Not only effective and efficient service, but
PLEASANT service. It was so nice to know I could call on him. BTW David had
my key because I gave it to him to do some repairs on our condo while we were
not there.
3. I left our condo on a Wednesday and put our garbage can out for pick up. I
had every intention of returning the next day but was unable to do so. I texted
David. He went by, put my garbage can in my garage and also watered my flowers.
Since he was replacing our garage door keypad and fixing a ceiling fan in our
condo, he said that the extras were N/C. I loved the extra service but also the
fact he appreciated my business and was happy to do the little things as
added value.
In addition, when I ask him about doing a repair, he quotes the job and
lets me know that he will do everything in his power to provide quality work
and service, while also being competitive on the price.

We made contact with David Novotny of Coastline Resident Services in early March requesting an estimate on some work in our condo. He responded within 24 hours and completed a proposal within several days after our first contact. Our request was for painting three rooms and some carpentry work to install a cabinet and shelves. Mr. Novotny provided a proposal with fair and competitive prices and started the work immediately following our acceptance of the proposal.
We were very pleased with the quality and speed of the work that was provided. The painters and the carpenter were knowledgeable and skillful in their work and took great pride in the job they were doing. I would certainly use Mr Novotny's services again if the need were to arise.

Coastline did a terrific job with installation and painting of crown molding in our unit and with some other needed repairs. They got everything done without us having to come down to Mayfaire. They left everything in perfect order when they were finished and sent photos of the completed crown molding.
